At Harmonious Huckleberry Psychotherapy, we are dedicated to helping individuals and couples navigate their emotional landscapes, fostering authentic connections and personal growth through virtual therapy.
Harmonious Huckleberry Psychotherapy is a developing
practice grounded in the belief that therapy is not only about symptom relief,
but about understanding how we want to live, choose, and grow in the face of
life’s complexity.
While the practice is currently offered by a single
clinician, it is envisioned as a space that may grow over time. Any future
expansion would remain aligned with the core values of this practice: depth,
integrity, curiosity, compassion, respect for choice, autonomy, and each
person’s lived experience, and a commitment to supporting individuals in moving
toward lives that feel authentic, meaningful, and true to who they are.
We strive to offer a calm, consistent, and compassionate presence—supporting and guiding you as you move through healing, personal growth, and every step of your journey. Our intention is to create a safe and nurturing space where you can explore your experiences, deepen your self-understanding, and grow at a pace that feels right for you. We are here to walk beside you, offering steady encouragement and gentle guidance as you reconnect with your strengths, discover new possibilities, and move toward greater well-being. Together, we work to help you develop
new patterns, build healthier and more fulfilling relationships, and move toward a happier, more meaningful life.
I use an integrative approach with emphasis on
Existential Theory, CBT and Solution Focused Therapy to create an experience
tailored to you. With couples I
primarily use EFT which helps couples focus on the emotions underneath the
conflict; the need for safety, closeness, and understanding.
