I work with individuals facing a wide range of challenges and concerns. Even if you don’t see your issue listed here, I encourage you to reach out. After an initial consultation or if we find that my approach isn’t the best fit, I will connect you with a trusted professional who can provide the support you need
1 Individual Adults
Many people seek therapy not because something is wrong, but because they are at a point of reflection or transition. You may be questioning your direction, reassessing priorities, navigating midlife changes, or facing decisions that feel significant and complex.
I work with adults who want a thoughtful, grounded space to explore how they want to live going forward. Therapy offers an opportunity to pause, reflect, and move toward a life that feels more aligned with your values and sense of self.
2 Teenagers
I work with ages 12 (mature) and up who need a safe, respectful space to talk openly about what they are experiencing. Therapy supports teens in navigating life challenges, emotions, and relationships while honouring their autonomy, voice, and developing sense of self. My approach balances support and guidance with respect for each teen’s independence.
3 Couples
I work with couples using Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to help partners reconnect and feel closer again. Many couples come to therapy feeling worn down by repeated arguments, growing distance, or communication struggles, even when the love is there. EFT helps slow these moments down so you can better understand what’s happening between you and begin to respond to each other in more supportive, connecting ways.
4 Other Areas
I support individuals affected by Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), hoarding disorder, and related concerns. Therapy focuses on understanding what is behind the obsessions, what drives uncertainty, and how thoughts, feelings, and behaviours become connected. My approach emphasizes understanding and awareness rather than exposure therapy or purely clinical interventions. Therapy includes education about OCD and a safe space to explore the emotional experiences connected to it, supporting change through insight, understanding, and gentle guidance.
